Our Simple 15-Days Replacement Guarantee Policy
All products sold at India shopping plus are covered under our 15-Days Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 15-days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost. However, please ensure that the article is not rendered unsellable. The conditions below would explain what events render an article unsellable and hence non-replaceable. Besides these, you can replace articles within the warranty period mentioned on the article, for any manufacturing defects as per the concern manufactures warranty policy

If Customer cancel the Order before avail the service so we can refund the amount instantly but amount would be credited With in 7-10 Working days.

if customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 7 to 10 working days

If Customer need to cancel the order before shipping so customer can cancel the order with in 24-48 hours.

If customer received the damaged products customer have to inform us in 24 hours and we will resolve it.

Footwear: Article should not be dirty / scratched or have any fold marks

Appliances: The article should not be physically damaged or scratched and must be send back to us with original packing

Apparels: Tags should not be removed. If an unstitched article was bought, it should not be stitched. If some beads etc. were stitched to the article, the same should be intact.

Books: Article should not be dirty/scratched or have any fold marks. All pages should be intact.

Bags: If any beads or components were attached to the bag, the same should be intact. There should be no scratches.

Sunglasses: Must be sent back to us with original packing and cleaning cloth. There should be no scratches on the frame or glass. If crystals were embedded in the frame, the same should be intact.

Watches: Must be sent back to us with original packing. There should be no scratches on the frame or glass. If crystals were embedded in the frame, the same should be intact.

How does it work?
Contact us via the Replacement Form within 30 days from the date of delivery. To replace a product you need to follow these steps:

Put the product in its original packaging.

Mention your order number on a paper, or insert the original invoice.

Seal the package properly.

Send it to us.



To send the product, you can use any of following step:

Schedule a reverse pickup wherein the product would be picked up by a courier person, at our cost.

Sent back the product through any courier service. In case you send back a product at your cost, we would give you a Gift coupon of Rs.100 to compensate for the cost incurred. Our address is:

How do I cancel an order on SALE BAZZAR? Alternatively, how do I send back a product ordered on SALE BAZZAR ?
For outright cancellations by you:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact us form and inform them of the same.

If you receive the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 30-Days Replacement Guarantee above.

How do I receive my refund amount?

You will receive your refund amount in case of return, by cheque within 15 days of receiving of the product at the Delhi office.
Note: All Electronics are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Immediately contact us, and we will have the issue quickly resolved.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for replacement under this 30-Days Replacement Guarantee, viz:

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

Any product that is sent back without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging
